These iv sets are macro drip sets with 15 drops per ml, have an injection port, luer lock, and are 80" long. Each admin set is sterile and individually packaged. Veterinary IV sets are sometimes referred to as Venosets.

Long and easy to use

Start and stop are easy to use. Nice and long. Line is a little soft (perhaps from better kind of plastic?) so if the flow isn't as fast at first, just massage where the crimper was on the line to open it up.

No Flow at Roller Clamp after Release

Tube is not strong enough to expand after removing roller clamp so you have to move the roller clamp and squeeze the tube to try to open the tube to allow flow. Wall is much thinner than other sets that I have used in the past.
Do not recommend if you need to use roller clamp.

Simplest to use of all I’ve tried

Tubing works well, stays flexible and doesn’t kink, the needle retainer works nicely, and the tubing isn’t unmanageably long. My favorite set I’ve tried by far.

Great for home pet care

This is a good set. The 80 inch length tubing is not too long, good for regular subq for pets. Also has an injection port, which is useful. Works with all the common LRS bags I use. Securely holds needle. Sturdy set which I have been using for several years.
