Refund policy

At ThrivingPets, we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchases. We have a 14-day return policy that applies to many items. Please note, all prescription medications are not returnable by law. Certain other medications and supplies are not returnable as well as noted in the product description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you must contact us at service@thrivingpets.com or call 303-333-1899. We will update your order and provide a return authorization number to you that must be written on the return label to expedite the returns process. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or defective.  If you receive an incorrect item or the wrong quantity of an item, please call or email us at service@thrivingpets.com or call 303-333-1899.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all prescription medications and certain non-prescription items.  Please check the product description of the item for additional return information on the product page. We can not accept returns for refrigerated items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at service@thrivingpets.com or call 303-333-1899.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have and make a new order for the items you need.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
All refunds are for the product cost minus all inbound and outbound shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@thrivingpets.com or 303-333-1899.
