Best Replacement for Name Brand

Chris helped me when I was stuck trying to order the name brand of this, and helped me figure out that it's the same thing, but with potentially hazardous ingredients removed and created there in their facility. I admittedly was hesitant, as my cat had thrived on the name brand. However, at 100 bucks a month, it was a struggle. Not only is this cheaper, but my cats kidney levels remain stable, he gained a pound of weight and has held it for 1 year. I won't ever go back to the name brand, and it's about 20-25 dollars cheaper each month. Thanks Chris!

Customer Service

It’s too soon to share my feedback on the probiotics; however, the guidance and time given to me by Chris was outstanding!!! I truly appreciated his time and patience answering all my questions not only on the phone but on email! Thank you, Chris!

Capsules too big

I spoke to a representative on the phone regarding my order. I was extremely happy and confident in the product. When it arrived, I saw the size of the capsule and knew my cat would never be able to swallow it. She is on prescription dry food and is extremely picky. If I sprinkle it on her food or water, she won't touch it. What can I do? Am I able to get a refund? Again, customer service was amazing! The gentleman spoke to me for over 10 minutes carefully explaining this product/ This complaint is ONLY about the size of the capsule.

I hoped it was working

Not sure how to tell if the kidney probiotics were working or not. They were easy enough to pill my kitty though. Great customer service!!
