Ordered Terumo needles. Received exactly what I ordered without any issues. Don't see anything wrong with the needles. Package arrived in the mail when they said it would. I think it was a day early actually.
Other info:
The 21 gauge needles turned out to be too large for subcutaneous hydration for this kitty. Too painful and do too much skin damage. Ended up using 25 gauge instead, which takes about six times longer to deliver the fluid but kitty barely even feels the 25 gauge needles and there's virtually no skin damage. The one thing I forgot to do was order 5/8" instead of 1" ... 5/8" is supposedly a bit faster and potentially safer. For some cats you almost have no choice but to use 21 gauge because some cats won't tolerate a lengthy fluid delivery. If the fluid is slightly warmer than their body temperature, they are *far* less likely to be bothered by the fluid delivery.

The customer service as outstanding and helped get the product to us sooner which was very important as our dog was not doing well. Since then she is doing great and we can’t thank Thriving Pets enough!

I have used this shampoo on my dogs for many years. A 12 oz container lasts a long time even on very large dogs. It's easy to use, smells good afterwards, and leaves the coat nice and soft. It's a bit hard to find but it's worth the search.

Syringe 60ml Luer Lock

Amazing, so much easier to use than the 18G I received from the vet. Flows just as fast if you hang the bag up high enough. Less than 5 minutes to do 100ml of fluids. My cat used to cry but now barely feels anything. Definitely recommend!

Alittle longer needle than the ones I got from the Vet, but my cat didn't mind. These needles are very thin and super sharp. Much sharper than the old needles I used. I can tell by how easily they go into my cat's skin and how my cat reacted to the needle. Much better experience for both of us.
